It was a sunny September day in the Pacific Northwest, and Jeff Hale had just closed a $1.5 million deal. To celebrate, he was taking the afternoon off, relaxing on his patio lounge, and playing ball with his dog. That’s when he began feeling compression high in his chest, some pain in his left shoulder, and an unsettling sense of dread. At 44, he was in relatively good shape, although 15 pounds overweight and under a lot of stress from work. At first, he thought it was an asthma attack and took a hit off his inhaler. But when that didn’t help, he remembered an article he’d read in Men’s Health.

Knowing vital signs of a STROKE saves life
Dear Borneo Heralders, if everyone can remember something this simple, we could save some folks...
STROKE IDENTIFICATION:
During a BBQ, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.
They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening.

Milking Machine
A farmer ordered a high-tech milking machine. Since the equipment arrived when his wife was out of town, he decided to test it on himself first.
So, he inserted his "manhood" into the equipment, turned on the switch and everything else was automatic.

Gaibin Ransoi, PKR Deputy Chairman for Tuaran |
TUARAN: While opposition parties as well as the BN components are having spats on various issues as the general election nears, an opposition leader, is of the opinion that the Sabah opposition parties should now think seriously about forming a Joint Election Co-ordination Committee.
En. Gaibin Ransoi, the Party Keadilan Rakyat Deputy Chairman of the Tuaran division, has made this call based on the rationale that this would be the first step for the opposition parties to listen to one another, and co-ordinate the allocation of seats, and to strategise against the BN in the coming general election.
